Your mission

International sales of technical services and products in the field of software safety and security in the automotive, service robotics, defence, aerospace, and semiconductor industries.
Analysis of market trends, customer developments, and competitors, as well as deriving sales strategies and actions.
Lead generation through cold calling: You contact potential customers by phone and email and create interest in our products and solutions.
Building and maintaining a sales pipeline: You identify decision-makers, document our leads, and ensure targeted follow-ups.
Participation in trade fairs and events to expand the network.
Together with the team, you drive our sales division forward—with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and closing deals.

Your profile

Several years of sales experience and a passion for sales.
Technical understanding of safety and security requirements.
Robust network with a safety/security background in at least one of our target industries (automotive, service robotics, defense, aerospace, semiconductor).
Independent and goal-oriented working style.
Full business proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken.
Place of residence: Munich Metropolitan Region

Internationaler Vertrieb technischer Dienstleistungen und Produkte im Bereich Software-Safety und -Security in den Branchen Automotive, Service Robotics, Rüstung, Luftfahrt und Halbleiterindustrie
Analyse von Markttrends, Kundenentwicklungen und Wettbewerbern sowie Ableitung der erforderlichen Vertriebsstrategien und Maßnahmen
Leadgenerierung durch Kaltakquise: Sie sprechen potenzielle Kunden per Telefon und E-Mail an und gewinnen deren Interesse an unseren Produkten und Lösungen
Aufbau und Pflege einer Sales-Pipeline: Sie identifizieren Entscheider, dokumentieren Leads und sorgen für eine gezielte Nachverfolgung
Teilnahme an Messen und Veranstaltungen zur Erweiterung des Netzwerks
Gemeinsam im Team treiben Sie vertriebliche Themen voran und verfügen über eine hohe Kunden- und Abschlussorientierung

Ihr Profil

Mehrjährige Vertriebserfahrung und ausgeprägter Gestaltungswille
Fachliches Verständnis für Safety- und Security-Anforderungen
Belastbares Netzwerk mit Safety-/Security-Hintergrund in mindestens einer unserer Zielbranchen (Automotive, Service Robotics, Rüstung, Luftfahrt, Halbleiter)
Eigenverantwortliche und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Wohnort: Metropolregion München
